Position: HR Change Project Manager Location: remote with travel Contract: 6 - 9 months contract Salary/Benefits: £55,000 - £65,000Role Details - HR Project ManagerWe are currently recruiting for a incredibly busy and fast paced organisation for a new role to partner with senior management focused on change and projects.You will provide quality HR advice, guidance and support to senior management whilst consistently delivering excellent change projects through a very challenging time.The role is likely to start in July or August and last for 6 - 9 months depending on the speed of various changes.Responsibilities of the HR Change Project Manager: * Supporting managers in all aspects of HR change, putting together project plans and following these through to completion. * Due to senior structural changes, you will then assist the business in organising the new structure and hiring requirements over a period. * Managing consultations, reviewing salary scales, and providing advice at a senior level. * Supporting multiple sites with change including consultations, TUPE, and restructuring* Producing settlement agreements and having protected conversationsSkills required for the HR Change Project Manager: * Experience dealing with large change, restructures and complex TUPE. * Experience in managing people, using mentoring and coaching techniques.* Experience of working across various sites and with many different stakeholders in a people focused organisation. * Strong generalist HR background, with a good knowledge of employment law * Ability to work independently and autonomously with confidence yet able to judge when advice and support are required.Whilst the role is remote, you will be expected to travel to the sites and get to know people, and when the consultations begin you will be needed on site more - please call to discuss.Please send your CV to: for further information.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
