Macildowie HR have been given the pleasure of working on a brilliant Multi-site HR Business Partner role with some ad hoc national travel.Now this is a bit of a mixed bag, not our usual HRBP position to say the least.You will be based out of Rugby day to day with the flexibility to work from home after longer travel days. You will build relationships with key stake holders at l levels, partnering with them to understand their ways of working and how to effectively coachthem on best practise. You will support in a generalist capacity from a HR perspective with the support of the wider HR team.Now for the mixed bit, we are looking for someone good with numbers, with a good eye for detail and who is comfortable with the data input and contractual changes for payroll.
