HR Assistant - Warwickshire - £25K - £28KOur client, a European leader in their field, is now looking for an experienced and ideally CIPD qualified HR Assistant to join their HR team in a newly created role.Reporting into the Senior HR Leadership team, you will have responsibility for all transactional HR processes in the organisation. This will include but not be limited to, starter/leaver processes, contracts and offer letters, inputting personnel data, co-ordinating changes with payroll, internal HR communication and exit interviews.Youll also get a chance to develop and get involved in some ER/absence meetings with managers on note taking as well as a point of contact for lower level issues. There will also be a chance for the right person to get involved in HR project work and our client needs someone happy and hungry for this. This could include the internal reward and recognition scheme as well as policy updates.Youll often be the first point of contact within the organisation for all levels of HR query therefore youll need to be able to communicate well to managers at all levels and build confidence and rapport with them. Youll need to be able to give them right advice or information correctly, the first time.Were looking for a positive and pro-active HR professional with high attention to detail to help build trust and confidence with managers. Someone who can work at pace and ultimately fulfils what they say they will do.The organisation will offer you a chance to get stuck into a newly created role and really make it your own. There is lots going on currently so the chance to develop is huge. It is anticipated at this level youll already be CIPD qualified or on the path to completing.
