Job Description

HR AdministratorColeshillOffice-Based workingClient DetailsPage Personnel are supporting a leading manufacturing business based in Coleshill with the appointment of a HR Administrator to join a busy HR team.This role is 100% office working due to the nature of the sector.DescriptionSupporting a HR Manager, the role of HR Administrator will cover a wide range of Administration tasks including:

  • Manage administration associated with temporary labour - checking/validation and processing of invoices, query resolution, entering and maintaining temporary labour in the time and attendance system.
  • Support HR reporting
  • System administration and generation of reports
  • Maintaining the HR database and time and attendance system with any employee changes and supporting the process of KPI (key performance indicator) data entry. Conduct systems audits for data integrity as required
  • Maintain HR records
  • Monitor Time & Attendance records
  • Support administration activities across the HR function including recruitment, training, discipline and grievance
  • Assist the new starter processes
  • Administer payroll changes
  • Creation of visitor/contractor door access cards & replacement of clock cards
  • Liaise with third party suppliers including Occupational Health
  • Raise purchase requisitions.
  • Support the HR Manager with other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required
