Job Description

I am looking for a Head of Paid Social to join an exciting and growing paid acquisition agency on an entirely remote basis. If you are a passionate and driven individual who can take ownership of client relationships, driving strategy, account managing existingclients and helping grow new clients, then this could be the role for you. You will have proven experience in developing strategies across all paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest). You might currently be a (Senior) Paid Social MediaManager looking for a new challenge within a small group of energetic, intelligent, and fun team of people who are passionate about what they do. This is a 12-month FTC OR permanent full-time role, and the salary is between £40k - £45k dependant on experience,and this could be flexible. Thisagency values trust and honesty, with their values becoming the driving force behind their working culture and client relationships.The RoleOur client is looking for a passionate and driven Head of Paid Social to join their team, taking ownership of client relationships, driving strategy, account managing existing clients and helping grow new clients. This is a senior level role, and you willbe helping lead the business and driving it forwards.

  • Strong client management experience, meeting with clients to understand their business and goals, advising on paid social strategies and being consultative.
  • You will be keeping up with latest trends and developments in the market and will be confident. You will be the go-to for your clients and will enjoy looking at what the competition is doing, ensuring they are always one step ahead!
  • Liaise with clients to organise creative assets, curate and at times write Social Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Analysis of Ad performance - noticing what is and is not working and making recommendations for future performance.
  • Liaising with their paid performance team to proactively instigate tests for clients, help define audiences, project scope and ensure ads are up-to-date and performing to agreed KPIs
  • Providing detailed analytics to your clients
  • Diving into Google Analytics, looking for opportunities or issues (not just related to Ads)
  • Help clients develop new markets such as TikTok and Pinterest
About YouOur client is looking for someone with the following experience:
  • Incredibly strong account management experience and proven experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong experience in advertising on Facebook and Instagram with a good knowledge of other channels such as TikTok and Pinterest.
  • An ability to really understand your clients business and goals and be consultative when discussing strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing strategies across all paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest).
  • Strong experience using Facebook Ad platforms.
  • Proven experience in creating and curating digital adverts.
  • Using analytical experience to identify and review what has performed well and what has not in order to make valuable changes to ensure increased performance.
  • Experience working in a remote way, and you will thrive in this environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience nurturing more juniors in the team, being a true expert in paid social.
  • A relationship-first mindset.
  • Able to manage your own workload and hit the ground running.
  • You are self-motivated, and happy working remotely. You take initiative to identify problems and opportunities, developing solutions without waiting for permission.
