Engineering Services Analyst

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the FSO business, to understand customer needs and identify potential process opportunities that could be outsourced.
Preparing business cases for possible opportunities, as appropriate, to set out the pros and cons of the various options.
Supporting with delivering sourcing and procurement events related to outsourcing opportunities, to identify and qualify possible suppliers.
Working closely with chosen outsource providers to transition all agreed processes safely, ensuring all the appropriate readiness criteria (e.g. knowledge shares, data transfers) have been performed effectively.
Supporting the Engineering Services Manager to manage the contract with the outsource provider, ensuring high quality delivery against contract specifications, that appropriate Service Level Agreements are met, and that the contract remains effective andvalue for money.
Identifying potential process risks, governance issues, or opportunities for process improvement and escalate to the Procurement Manager (Engineering Services) for investigation

Educated to Degree level / equivalent relevant experience.
Good understanding of FSO processes and ability to recognise effective outsource opportunities
Experience in sourcing suppliers and establishing outsourcing arrangements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset
Project management skills.
