Job Description

Trainee Driving Instructor - Guaranteed position when you train with usThere has never been a better time to train to be a driving instructor! We need driving instructors in many cities and towns within and surrounding Warickshire! Guaranteed position after you train too!The driving instructor industry has seen approximately 10,000 instructors (25% of the register) leave the industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic.This is why we are advertising on a job advertisement website for the first time - driveJohnson’s needs you!Minimum requirements to apply:

  • Full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 3.5 years
  • You should not have been banned from driving in the last 4 years
  • You should have no more than 6 points on your driving licence
    • Potential Earnings:The beauty about working with driveJohnson’s is the fact your overheads will be roughly 50% lower with us than many other driving schools. This suits part-timers who want to work 15-30 hours a week and full-timers too!Here’s the typical maths based on an average lesson price of £28:20 hours a week --> Gross £560 --> Net £440 a week30 hours a week --> Gross £840 --> Net £690 a week40 hours a week --> Gross £1120 --> Net £930 a week50 hours a week --> Gross £1400 --> Net £1200 a week* All the figures exclude tax & national insurance** All the figures include franchise, the costs of running a car and insurance. *** Please note in some areas of the UK we charge £40 a lesson and in other areas we charge £25 a lesson. We don’t want to mislead you with headline prices.
