Data Quality Analyst Data Quality / Analyst / Data Governance / WarwickshireMy market leading and award-winning client, known for being a great place to work is looking for an experienced and driven Data Quality Analyst to join their growing Data Team.As a Data Quality Analyst youll provide insight and analysis of data quality enabling the business to make informed decisions in line with their long term strategic goals.This role will be remote initially but will be based out of their Midlands head office in Warwickshire in the long term.Key Responsibilities:*Deliver actionable data quality outcomes through elicitation and then translation of business quality requirements into technical rules and scorecards.*Influence through business partnering model the necessary changes to existing process and technical solutions needed to drive data quality improvement.*Plan and implement data acquisition strategies across multiple systems; then using available technical tools and analytical techniques deliver actionable insight into data quality issues.*Provide analytical consultancy to IT and Business Teams.*Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and industry bodies to understand and ensure the delivery of improvements in an ever changing business dynamic.*Coach, mentor, and guide team members in order to monitor and improve the quality and effectiveness of their work and support their development.Key Skills and Experienced required:*Previous experience in a similar Data Quality and / or Governance role*Experience of data profiling and ideally Data Quality analysis across the full lifecycle *Able to understand business requirements and translate these into technical deliverables*Any experience of SQL or other similar query or programming languages is advantageous but not essential*Graduate calibre or relevant experience, ideally with a strong technology /statistical elementThis is a great opportunity to join a progressive company during an exciting period of change.
