I am looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle all incoming enquiries relating to quotations and customs clearance for import and export services, based from the Head Office in Coleshill.Client DetailsAn independent logistics business with international coverage, looking after road, sea and air freight.DescriptionAs the Customer Service Executive you will be quoting spot rates for import and export services, following up on pricing and supporting customers to ensure they have the correct paperwork, particularly with a focus on new European requirements.You will have a good technical understanding of the requirement within the shipping industry including how to calculate loading metres and cubic volume to produce accurate quotations.As the role develops you will be expected to follow up on sales leads and enquiries, but at present the role is very reactive.ProfileThe ideal candidate for the Customer Service Executive will:
