The RoleCommercial Litigation Associate Solicitor with 2 years PQE required to join a highly ranked firm in Warwickshire. Led by a heavy hitting litigation Partner, youll have unprecedented exposure to the firms clients and you will work directly and closely with the Head of Department making for an incredibly interesting workload. The disputes team handles a broad range of matters, all of which arise from their high-profile client base. They are a dynamic, market leading department are highly commended in the Legal 500 and Chambers for their dispute resolution work. The work is varied and could include asset recovery, banking & finance disputes, insurance disputes, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation, trust disputes and warranty claims.
