Commercial Insurance Manager (Retail) An exciting opportunity for a commercial insurance professional with a passion for bikes!My client, based in Cheshire have a truly unique opportunity to help launch their first ever commercial insurance scheme - a cycle retail insurance scheme. The role will be predominantly home-based reporting into their Chester office so you can be based anywhere in the UK (maybe in the Warwickshire area) although they would prefer you to visit the office on occasions.Everything is in place - the scheme, insurer is signed up, and the funding. They now require a technically strong, insurance sales professional to help them put all the pieces together, create a sales and marketing strategy for year 1, go to market, develop relationships, grow the client base, and build a team.You will report into the Global Head of Partnerships initially, and working closely with the Head of Insurance Product, you will support the final stages of product design and launch of the retail product working closely with the insurer, Product team and team of advisors.The ideal candidate will have a strong cross commercial technical insurance knowledge, ideally with retail experience, be a fantastic relationship builder and sales professional, and will also have managerial experience.Most of the team ride in their spare time and love the outdoors so should you have the above experience and love bikes this would be a massive advantage.
