SF recruitment are working with a global manufacturing company based in Warwickshire, that designs and produces a wide range of innovative products for customers around the world. The business in question is looking for an experienced Commercial FinanceManager to join their team and partner with sales directors to drive future sales and growth. The Commercial Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the companys growth strategy by working closely with sales directors to develop and implement sales plans and drive profitable growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the successfulcandidate will have responsibility for commercial financial analysis, business case development, pricing strategy, and financial modelling. Responsibilities:Partner with sales directors to develop and implement sales plans that align with the companys strategic goals and objectives Provide financial and strategic guidance to the sales team to drive profitable growth Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, including pricing strategy, product development, and customer acquisition Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management team and the board of directors Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and all relevant financial regulations Requirements:Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or financial analysis Strong financial modelling and Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different functions and levels of the organisation Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is highly desirable Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment If you are a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth and are looking for an exciting new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
