Job Description

Our well-established client offers Environmental Contracting services to clients across the UK. Due to continuous workload demand, the business is looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join them on a 6-month contract to assist the commercial team in the smooth running of their projects.Please Note: This role is supporitng projects across Warwickshire, but is likely to be remote/home based for the most part. Main Duties:

  • Handling all commercial enquiries
  • Log all employee hours listed on sign-in books via daily allocation sheet
  • Identify all plant implications
  • Identify all raw materials and allocate to appropriate activity
  • Monitor and download all invoices and input them on a central invoice register
  • Enter invoices onto SAGE following their approval
  • Ensure all time forecasts accurately reflect the forecasted works
  • File all project invoices as identified by task for each project
  • Awareness of project updates to ensure associated tasks/costs are reflected
  • Personal and Professional Qualities:
  • Experience using SAGE is essential
  • Experience in an administrative role within an Environmental or Construction business
  • Organised, confident, and self-motivated individual
  • Accuracy when working with financial information
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A good level of knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A full clean UK driving license
