Job Description

Client Support AdministratorAre you an experienced administrator or virtual assistance If so, this job may be ideal for you.Reed are currently working with a local organisation in Warwickshire to appoint a Client Support Administrator on a full-time basis. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.Our client prides themselves on service and service delivery, offering solutions to their clients to improve on the level of services offered. You will be joining a small close-knit team, who have a portfolio of 60+ live clients with live projects.Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be working to support your clients on multiple projects at any one time.
  • This organisation offer two types of customer support - They offer customer experiences to their clients, helping them improve their customer service. Secondly they offer a product whereby you will put clients through a screening process to identity thetype of service they prefer to deliver. This is done through an algorithm that produces reports.
  • There is no selling required in this role, although you would be dealing with repeat customers and re-selling the same product back to them.
  • Your role will require you to carry out general administrative duties including, telephone handling, dealing with queries, printing and dispatching of material.
  • You will need to be confident using Microsoft Packages mainly Excel and Powerpoint
  • This role would suit someone from a PA or virtual assistance background
  • You will be someone who can grasp concepts quickly, know how to priortise and work efficiently by yourself
Job Details:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 5pm (35 hours a week with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
  • Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
  • Hourly rate between £13.18 - £14.28 / equivalent to £24K - £26K
  • Working model is office based (flexibility to work from home as and when agreed)
  • Start date - ideally beginning of February 2024
  • Must drive as candidate would need to be flexible in getting to the office when required
