Job Description

Job Role: Business Development Manager Location: Coleshill, Birmingham B46 Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Commission Plan Benefits: 25 days holiday, Pension, life AssuranceTrakm8 holdings group PLC is a market leader in the fast growing vehicle telematics market sector. Based in Coleshill and other UK locations but with a global marketplace Trakm8 is well placed to take advantage of current market opportunities. Increased fuel costs, reduction in operating costs and numerous employment laws such as Duty of Care are all driving increased interest in our products and services. As such we now have an opening for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team here at our Head office in Coleshill.Main Responsibilities of the role:

  • Strategically develop new business opportunities for telematics, cameras and optimisation
  • Strategically managing a pipeline of leads to generate opportunities for field sales teams
  • Qualify business opportunities by proactively initiating outbound calls to senior level management and probing prospects to determine needs
  • Utilize and manage prospect information with a comprehensive customer relationship management system
  • Optimize productivity and follow up on all leads in a timely manner
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in business development and account management, preferably in a high tech environment and/or Internet technology environment
  • Consistent track record of success in generating sales and creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident and goal oriented
  • Ability to communicate with senior level management, to explain complex processes and to demonstrate Internet services over the phone
  • Good Communication and CRM experience
