SEO Manager, Warwick, Hybrid, to 35K + benefits This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced SEO specialist to join an expert web design and development agency, based in Warwickshire.Following an exciting period of growth, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced SEO Manager to support a growing number of both new and existing clients with their SEO channel strategies.In this key growth area for the business, youll have the opportunity to draw on your extensive SEO knowledge across all areas of the discipline, and really carve your own niche. Youll ensure that the right processes and foundations are established, thatwill enable the growth of the SEO team, and ensure its long-term success.A strong generalist with first-rate communication skills, youll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that SEO best practice is baked into new site builds and re-platforming projects - to the same exacting high standards that customers havecome to expect from the agencys web development team.You will have the opportunity to directly influence overall business direction, strategy and success in the coming years and for the successful candidate, this is an excellent personal and career development opportunity.The Role

• Main account management / point of contact for SEO client-base
• Liaise with clients to define & agree SEO campaign objectives, goals & targets
• Collaborate with internal teams, SEOs / developers / designers
• Ensure quality control and regular campaign / progress updates
• Lead analysis to identify new target k/ws, content & landing page opportunities
• Providing recommendations where possible to support campaign objectives
• Keep abreast of latest trends & developments - Google algorithm updates etc
• Provide regular organic traffic reports for client teams & wider-business
• Attend regular client-meetings
• Contribute & assist with SEO business development activities
• In time, recruit, develop & manage an SEO team

About You

• Strong working knowledge of SEO across technical, content & link building
• 3 yrs + demonstrable (agency) experience delivering SEO campaigns
• Excellent organizational skills - able to prioritize multiple clients & campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Screaming Frog, SEMRush, ahrefs & Search Console
• Hands-on, process driven with a focus on best practice
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
• Self-reliant and able to manage your own workload
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Highly organized - strong at keeping & updating records / tasks
• Highly analytical - able to translate data into deliverable plan
