If you are passionate about business partnering in its truest sense and genuinely making a difference with your professionalism and expertise, then there is no better time to come and join our team where your support will be critical to our NHS colleagues, clients and partners during a time of national crisis.Job purposeWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join the NHS working within Arden & Gem CSU and supporting our Coventry and Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group client base.You will play a key role in delivering service improvements, engaging with a variety of senior stakeholders to ensure that you are constantly challenging and devising new and improved ways to deliver business improvement and value for money across our designated business groups.Working closely with the Head of Service you will lead a small team of HR Business Partners/Advisors supporting the delivery of the NHS People Strategy and providing a strategic and operational HR provision for defined functions within the organisation. You will business partner with clinical and corporate senior leadership teams and you will be integral to supporting the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As such, you will have the ability to build strong relationships, coach, influence and persuade positively whilst establishing professional credibility at all levels.You will be responsible for working with the wider HR Team on business strategy, providing insights, guidance and support to stakeholders, HR peers, and the wider business. Key areas of focus will include organisational effectiveness, performance, change management projects including organisational mergers, TUPE, organisational culture and behaviour.What do you need to be successful
