Retail Team Leader - PermanentLocation: Warwick, Warwick CastleHours: 5 Days out of 7, Due to the nature of the business must be able to work weekends, bank holidays and occasional late evenings for stocktake, Halloween and Christmas holiday periods.Pay: £9.24ph + ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass - 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our Merlin Attractions across the worldWe are currently recruiting for Retail Hosts to join the UKs most exciting Castle, home to the UKs largest birds of prey show The Falconers Quest and host to a number of spectacular Attractions and Events such as The Haunted Castle, Music Concerts andChristmas at the Castle which includes an ice rink and light show.Warwick Castle are currently recruiting a multi skilledRetail Team Leaderto join our dedicated Retail Team. We are looking for someone who can ensure the smooth daily running of the retail gift shops, drive store standards and use creativityto think of new and exciting revenue opportunities for us to explore.As well as a focus on the daily operation of the shop you will also be motivating and coaching a small team to drive sales and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
