Join us, and youll share it.About the roleAs an Investment Administrator, youll play a vital role in ensuring your department functions effectively and efficiently. Working closely with the branchs Investment Managers, you will provide reports, correspondence and other documentation to ensureour clients receive excellent service and meet their investment objectives.What youll doIn this role, youll:

  • Support and assist the team in general branch administration.
  • Assist and prepare reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation including investment proposals
  • Onboard new clients and collate data that will assist with the administration of their accounts.
  • Provide clients and/or their agents with information and reports about their portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA requirements, the Branch Manual, Code of Conduct policies and T&C framework.

What were looking for
  • An individual educated to a A-level standard or equivalent, including GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • An intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience of performing administrative duties
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance and identifying issues.
We would particularly welcome applicants who have
  • Experience of working in financial services or another regulated environment.
