Job Description

Role: HR AdministratorSalary: £25,000 - 30,000Location: Warwick and home workingContract: PermanentHours: 37.5 hour full time working weekWe are supporting our global client who are a market leader in their industry field, to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their growing shared service centre. The focus of the role will be to provide an efficient and effective HR administrativeservice to employees and managers across a number of UK locations. The successful applicant will be working in a team of HR Administrators reporting to a HR Administration Team Leader. The successful applicant will have proven experience in volume processingfor a large employee population. The role is office based 3 days per week and home working 2 days per week.Role and responsibilities:

  • As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for providing an effective administrative service to employees and managers for a number of UK office locations
  • Manage and process HR queries raised through the HR service ticketing system
  • Responsible for handling all administration related to the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Onboard all new employees with issuing offers, contracts, completing right to work checks and online medical questionnaires
  • Handling all employee employment contract documentation including amendments to terms and conditions
  • Accurately process and update employee data on HRIS system
  • Support with preparing weekly and monthly payrolls - full training would be provided
  • Handle all payroll related queries and resolve all discrepancies
  • Create, prepare and providing reports on HR data as required
  • Support the HR department with projects as required by the business
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven work history working as a HR Administrator is essential
  • CIPD level 3 or equivalent qualifications is advantageous
  • Knowledge or experience of payroll would be advantageous
  • Experience using SAP or Kronos is advantageous
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle and process data confidentially in line with GDPR
