Job Description

Pilgrims Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrims UK & Pilgrims Food Masters). Its purpose is to delivera high-quality shared service to those three businesses is recruiting for a Head of People Services, reporting into the HR Director.The Role Lead the People Services Function currently made up of three teams: HR Administration, HR Advisory and HR systems and data.This role will lead strategic workforce planning and will shape, deliver, and embed people strategies that aligns with our values and will achieve sustainable high performance in a time of significant business transformation, providing the best HR servicesto all business unitsOther notable responsibilities are:* To scale the People services teams in line with business needs and requirements as we move HR transactional services from within business units into People Services* Partner with project implementation leads to ensure successful delivery of systems implementations into People Services as we scale* Partner with business units and support the transition of HR teams from within business units into People Services Drive continuous improvement across all People Services teams, systems, and processes* Monitor employment legislation developments, assess the impact and develop processes and a communication plan to maintain compliance* Support the team with operational employee relations matters, TUPE, and employment tribunals to minimise business riskWhat youll need:* Experience of leading a HR Shared Services Teams including HR Administration, HR Advisory and HR Systems and Data* Substantial employee relations experience and a full understanding of current employment legislation.* Able to translate this to practical day to day activities* Strong facilitation and coaching skills* Results driven, strong attention to detail, able to juggle priorities and work on multiple projects* CIPD qualification or other related post-graduate qualification or gained by experience
