• Youre ambitious, driven with a will to succeed
• You have 3+ years experience in developing and delivering strategic marketing plans
• You understand the B2B market
• You have a track record of driving activity and increasing revenue though a range of marketing channels
• You have a good understanding of CRM software, online marketing tools and social media management
• Youre familiar with SEO and Google Analytics and have a good knowledge of website management
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You enjoy working with others, along with strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Youre analytical with an eye for detail
• Youre flexible, proactive and have a hands-on approach to work

What youre responsible for and how youll make an impact...

• Writing, implementing and managing a marketing strategy for multiple company brands
• Managing multiple company websites
• Analysing KPIs, marketing metrics and utilising them to forecast market trends
• Management of the marketing budget and its ROI
• Identifying new opportunities within the marketplace and generating innovative ideas to promote particular brands and services
• Identifying PR opportunities
• Communication of the marketing strategy with the Business Development team
• Utilising the CRM system to maximise email marketing campaigns and follow ups
• Managing current and creating new social media channels
• Planning and writing content for website, blogs, social media and other marketing channels
• Management of 1 direct report, with the potential to grow the Marketing Department in time
• Management of external agencies including but not limited our nominated PR company, website developers, IT support and email marketing specialists

• Salary £35k-£45k
• Uncapped monthly bonus (OTE £6k+ (per annum FTE)
• Yearly Team bonus scheme OTE 3K+ FTE *after first full year of employment
• 28 days annual leave per year (incl bank hols) + 1 extra day per year until max of 35 days (FTE)
