Job Description

Wolseley UK are recruiting a proactive Fleet Data Coordinator to join our busy team at our Head Office in Warwick. Youll be working within the Fleet Services team to ensure that the fleet asset database is sufficiently maintained and to act as the focal point for control of purchase orders.Reporting into our Fleet Maintenance Supervisor you’ll ensure that our supply chain correctly follows process and play a pivotal part in helping to ensure cost savings are realised through ensuring processes are adhered to.About the role:

  • Liaison with internal and external customers
  • Acting as a key or secondary contact for the Fleet Services supply chain
  • Raise, progress and check invoices and purchase orders as necessary
  • To challenge Wolseley UK’s supply chain where process regards purchase orders is not adhered to
  • To ensure that requests for work on fleet are undertaken in the most cost-effective manner
  • Using Fleet Check- fleet system to record and monitor expenditure by asset
  • Produce reporting from Fleet Check- fleet system to Co-ordinate business objectives
  • Carrying out administration duties and Co-ordinating the Fleet Services team
  • Assisting with periodic supply chain review and selection
    • About you:As a key part of the Fleet Services team, any experience within fleet maintenance or a fleet, transport or logistics background would be desirable, but is not essential for this role as training can be provided.This is a varied role, so adaptability and strong communication skills will be key to success and your high attention to detail and organisation skills will be fully utilised in supporting the team. We are keen to hear from anyone with experience in working in an administrative, customer support role within a high-volume environment.Equally, any previous experience in working with suppliers or experience in processing orders would also be desirable.
