Youll be accountable for this and more on a day-to-day basis:

• Ownership of the development of strategic project plans, scopes, and specifications for key digital projects.
• Qualifying client requirements and coordinating responses to them, but you should also be comfortable challenging client requirements, when appropriate.
• Initiative, experience, and knowledge to identify "value-added" opportunities arising from client requirements but not specified in them, i.e. someone who is pushing beyond the boundaries, not simply being contained within them.
• Assigning tasks to the team (and yourself) and managing all day-to-day Project Management duties.
• Ownership of the teams processes and workflows; you have the freedom to adapt existing or put in place new ways of working if you believe these will improve efficiencies and effectiveness within the team.

With the Client Relationships Director, you will have joint accountability for developing a tight-knit, effective and efficient multi-disciplinary delivery team that is capable of always delivering for clients on time, on budget, and on spec.We think youll have many of the following to thrive as the new Digital Project Delivery Assistant:

• Project management experience (although you may not have been called a project manager)
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in web technologies
• Knowledge of WordPress is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Love fast-paced days and weeks
• Able to easily and quickly learn simple new tech and platforms to enhance your PM skills and abilities
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Salary and Package:

• Salary: £23k - £25k depending on your experience
• 4-day working week
• 20 days holiday (exclusive of Bank Holidays and Christmas Closure)
• On-the-job training
