Job Description

Creative Director Temp to Perm UPTO 45K basic plus bonusLocation: WarwickStart: ASAPAn experienced strategic marketing agency and consultancy business, specialising in the retail financial services industry, are looking for a talented Creative Director to join and lead their design team. This agency works with global clients helping them with their growth strategies and then delivering creative sales enablement and marketing assets designed to achieve commercial success. After a period of unprecedented expansion, they are seeking an experienced creative to bring design inspiration as well as to lead the creative team in a way that exceeds client expectations.Projects typically include videos, microsite and website design, sales enablement material, product fact sheets and infographics, product collateral, proposition development, social media campaign assets, iconography, co-ordinated digital channel marketing strategies and campaigns.Key attributes:

  • Highly experienced and innovative creative, with an inspiring portfolio and track record
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
  • A desire to be part of a growing and influential strategic marketing agency and consultancy.
  • A confident communicator of creative strategy, ideas and solutions to both C-Suite clients and the design team
  • Digitally aware with an understanding of how technology is driving sales.
  • A thinker and a doer, able to inspire the team and deliver standout and appropriate creative work
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Working with the directors of the company to shape and grow the creative division.
  • Take responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the design team.
  • Develop ideas for promotional campaigns and sales enablement collateral.
  • Pitch concepts to directors and clients, with an innate ability to take feedback positively and adapt accordingly.
  • Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented.
  • Develop and deliver creative output designed to exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor creative trends an translate to creative team.
  • Ensure creative output is nothing but exceptional.
  • Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 10 years creative and art direction experience
  • Portfolio showing experience across a range of sectors and marketing campaigns.
  • Leading and managing a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in b2b marketing desirable
  • Passion and pride in your creative lead and output
