Job Description

Corporate Solutions AdministratorVickers Neal are currently working with Stipenda based at their offices in Warwick.Stipenda is a leading international provider of outsourced employment, payroll, HR, and compliance solutions for employers, agencies, and consultants.To support their key strategic objectives of achieving growth through commitment to clients, Stipenda have a vacancy for a Corporate Solutions Administrator.The role involves a mix of Customer Service, Account Management, Administration and problem solving. You will provide support to Stipendas clients as well as support your colleagues. We are looking for a strong all-round administrator with a strong grasp of MS office and may ideally include experience in HRIS and Salesforce. This is a great opportunity for an individual with fantastic communication skills and a consistently proactive and positive approach.In order to fulfil the requirements for this position you will have experience related to the following:

  • Answer incoming calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to the agreed standards.
  • Log information on calls received and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Attend meetings when requested, prepare and distribute minutes for attendees.
  • Communicate courteously with internal and / or external customers by telephone, email and face-to- face, consistently building positive relationships.
  • Filing and performing other routine clerical tasks
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail as well as all aspects of outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Provide general administrative support to other senior staff members.
  • Proactively spot any potential issues and refer them to relevant senior members of staff.
  • Carry out the administrational duties around service agreements.
  • Continuously monitor client’s/consultant’s contracts to identify forthcoming expiration of contracts with regards to either arranging renewal of contracts or implementing leaver’s process in the event of non-renewals.
  • Drive employee/client satisfaction and retention with sincerity and passion
  • Respond to all client service enquiries within 24 hours, across all aspects of the business.
  • Support payroll in the absence of the Corporate Solutions Manager to carry out payroll administration.
  • Upload employee’s/contractors’ payslips in HRIS and other software systems.
  • Person Specification: We are looking for an exceptional communicator with strong numeracy skills- Ideally you will come from a professional services background either in HR or Payroll.
