We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrims Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrims UK & PilgrimsFood Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.The Shared Services company includes a dedicated Continuous Improvement function, whose core responsibility is to drive positive business transformation across the business. Reporting to the Business Process Manager - Source to Pay, we are pleased to advisethat we are now recruiting for a Business Process Expert - Source to Pay.The Role* Supports the Source To Pay Business Process Manager in setting the process excellence agenda by providing the best practice insights to the process and technology components.* Ensures that the process excellence strategy set by the Business Process Manager is realized within Source To Pay, driving implementation projects.* Ensures solutions design and functional specifications are delivered according to agreed policy.* Responsible for best practice sharing and identification of areas for improvements.Job Responsibilities* Standardizes and optimizes E2E Source To Pay processes.* Executes a process excellence strategy, developing and implementing continuous improvement projects.* Identifies market best practices regarding process and technology and identifies the opportunities for our European Business units.* Supports the BPM in providing complete process documentation including process maps, SOPs, user-guides & training manuals.* Tracks, monitors, and analyzes Source To Pay Process Health KPIs.* Cooperates with transactional services, operational teams and IT on identifying and eliminating root cause of issues and gaps in process * Ensures effective utilisation of Source To Pay systems landscape to maximise standardization and automation.* Develops and maintains regression test scripts for STP E2E process.* Develops reporting using appropriate tools to meet business requirements and support process efficiencyWhat Youll Need* Experience in a Source To Pay (or Procurement) role or a degree in a related field. * Knowledge of SAP and proficient use of Microsoft Office suite. * Good analytical skills, initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures. * Negotiation skills to help resolve issues. * Project management experience with proven skills to deliver to time, cost and quality * Food manufacturing background * Experience of integrated business systems, in particular MES and Agriculture. * Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and platforms.
