Vehicle Assessor Administrator, Warrington, Permanent, £18,000 plus excellent benefits.I am delighted to be supporting my client who have offices in Warrington and is looking for a Vehicle Assessor Administrator to join their team.As part of a team of professionals, you will help provide administrative support to the company, where the team undertakes inspections of damaged vehicles primarily via damage images and repair estimates.Key duties include:* Answering telephone in a professional manner, taking accurate messages, transferring to Engineer department by telephone / email * Amending documentation / Data entry * Dealing with queries by email / telephone * Electronic filing of emails into respective client folders * Control of Engineering work in progress * Setting up new inspections / creating jobs * Arranging external inspections through subcontract Engineers * Control of outstanding payments, credit control * Communication with work providers and insurers * Good knowledge of body repair processesThe ideal candidate will have the ability to show good demonstrable knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and have an ability to generate basic Excel formulas, linked worksheets, pivot tables.
