The focus for this role will be to provide Testing and Final Inspection of all products that are an output from the Warrington site. These can be products that are sent to us to repair and new build products. All of which will come from our range of legacy products from Schneider, GEC, GEC Alsthom, Areva and all derivatives of indoor and outdoor switchgear and control gear from 415V to 36kV.The position is based within the workshop at Birchwood Park Warrington. Our site is both a service depot and for new product build fully in accordance with ISO9001. There will be a requirement to undertake both planned and sometime unplanned overtime during the week and weekends.Ideally the candidate would have experience of the equipment mentioned above and or other manufacturers with knowledge of primary and secondary current and voltage injection testing, partial discharge testing, protection relay setting and testing with abilities in both electrical and mechanical adjustment, setting and fault diagnosis.
