A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Works Manager to join a well established contractor with an excellent reputation.Client DetailsYou will work for a specialist formwork company based in Warrington and be responsible for checking the designs of a variety of projects across multiple sectors. Projects could include, schools, hospitals, wind turbines and multi story car parks, amongstothers.DescriptionYou will be responsible for the checking of designs and will report to the Director of the business. You will be office based with some flexibility of hybrid work. You will be required to implement temporary works procedures, as well as assess and supportwith solutions for any risks associated. You will ensure any site managers acting as Temporary Works Co-Ordinators are suitably trained and follow procedures. You will manage the costs associated with the design and makes sure they are cost effective. Youwill also be required to support with the tender stage and lend technical advice where applicable.ProfileYou will of had experience in a similar role and be familiar with all aspects relating to the above responsibilities. You will be a good communicator and have attention to detail. You will be self motivated, and able to work well on your own initiative aswell as part of a team.Job OfferYou will receive a competitive annual salary which is negotiable on experience.
