Job Description

Telesales Manager - WarringtonAdditions Personnel are currently seeking a Telesales Manager with a track record of leading successful telesales teams, strong appointment generation, and effective sales conversion. Experience in the distribution industry is a plus but not required. Keyresponsibilities include lead generation, collaboration with field-based sales teams, and driving performance through KPI management, coaching, training, and incentives. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring flexibilitybeyond regular hours as needed.Main Duties:

  • Provide robust support to the Group Sales Director and Head of Sales, acting as a prominent and visible figure within the organization.
  • Execute a defined set of team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), encompassing daily and weekly targets for calls, emails, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
  • Lead the implementation of the Groups sales strategy, enabling field-based sales teams to meet their KPIs, including face-to-face meetings, conversion rates, new business acquisition, and cross-selling objectives.
  • Utilize various lead generation tools and data resources to ensure team members achieve individual targets of a minimum of 10 appointments per week.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on sales and pipeline activities for review by the Group Sales Director and CEO.
  • Strategically identify new sectors and opportunities for sales based on current customer mix and success stories.
  • Collaborate on other sales-related projects and tasks as necessary to support the business.
