Eximius Group are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing UK CC/CX solutions provider who are looking for an on-site Telecomms or contact centre platform support engineer to handle 1st line queries. This is an ideal second role for someonethat wants to join a company which will provide training and certs as needed. You will mainly be working on an Avaya Aura environment so previous Avaya experience is ideal but theyll look at Telecomms support engineers with any platform experience that wantto learn.The role is on-site with an enterprise level customer as part of a managed service team 5 days a week. You will then be supported by an external specialist team for 3rd line queries and major outages. Your role will mainly include set ups, changes and deletionsas well as other 1st line support engineering jobs.The client is a multi vendor solutions provider working with various cloud contact centre platforms and this role will give you an entry point into a business that can develop your career in this area rapidly if you want to learn!
