Job Description

Our products enable oil to flow better, crops to grow fuller, roads last longer, andensure that the air we all breathe is cleaner.The Supply Chain apprenticeship is a 4-year Degree based program, during which time you will gain knowledge of the full supply chain over their first two years before specializing with 1 - 2 areas within the supply chain during the second half of their apprenticeship(Planning, Sourcing, Customer Services, Logistics and Customs).You will be offered the opportunity to learn and work within the Global Supply Chain alongside experts within their field. While gaining valuable work experience, you will be working towards a professional degree qualification. Many of our apprentices go on to enjoy full time positions on completion of their apprenticeship What youll need to succeed:

  • A-Level - BBC
  • 5 GCSEs level 4-9, including Maths and English minimum grade 5
  • Enthusiastic Individuals
  • A passion to learn
  • Strong organisational skill
  • Logical thinker to be able to work to and apply processes
  • Ability to apply a rational approach to problem solving, making judgements based on sound reasoning, approaching problems in a logical manner
  • Demonstratable initiative
