Strategic Land ManagerPenguin Recruitment is delighted to present a brand-new opportunity for Strategic Land Manager to join a rapidly growing team for a Housing Developer in Warrington!The company are a family-owned business and have grown exponentially since its establishment, now employing over 600 people! The team always deliver the most successful developments and have a loyal client-base all across the UK.The role will involve the candidate identifying, securing and negotiating new land opportunities and take lead on the planning promotion of the land portfolio. The candidate will need to be able to build and develop strong relationships with stakeholdersand chair meetings.
