Implementation Assistant - Field basedNational£competitive + £4,000 car allowanceMUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT AND BE FLEXIBLE TO TRAVEL AND STAY AWAYThis role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of implementation projects at new and existing clients sites, as well as leveraging learning into continuous improvement initiatives.You will be expected to work closely with the CI, Compliance, Projects and Client Relationship teams.You will work collaboratively with all relevant departments to ensure processes and data capturing is robust enough to effectively deliver and execute all implementation projects.Build a relationship with the client team, and work with the Client Relationship Manager to deliver all aspects of the implementation.Experience and skills required:* Excellent client facing & attention to detail skills.* Good working knowledge of stores & inventory management* Good engineering product knowledge,* Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages* Previous experience within an Engineering stores environment would be advantageous.* Full Driving license* Willingness to learn & develop.Responsibilities* Cataloguing & Verification of client Inventory* Enriching Inventory data quality for both IESA & Client systems* Delivery of stores implementations to IESA Gold OpEx standard* Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed timescales.* Communication with your Team Leader & key stakeholders to ensure aligned understanding and agreed programme of activity.* A positive Can Do attitude* Active Team Member* Fully Flexible as will be require to travel to client stores sites with regular overnight stays.
