Software Development Manager - Warrington /RemoteHands off role but software development background is required£75,000 per annum + 30% Bonus + £6k car allowanceAn established software house going through a large transformation around their applications are looking to grow the current team. Working in an Agile way, the business has a number of teams/pods working on a range of new projects and software solutions. Theyalso host their applications in the Cloud / Azure Solution. This Software Development Manager will be responsible for 4 x Technical Leads, who each have around 4 - 5 Software Developers reporting into them.The salary comes with a 30% bonus which is based on individual performance, 10% pension, healthcare etc.The business offers a flexible working environment with flexible start/end times and can be a mostly remote role with occasional Warrington office visits. The business is located just off the M6/M60 and offer free on-site parking and excellent benefits.Key skills:* Experience managing a software engineering team of 10 +* Strong experience managing the development of modern and large scale solutions* Software Development background - ideally in Microsoft .NET* Cloud Transformation experience* Experience with Azure DevOps, BitBucket, Octopus and other Ci/CD tools* Excellent understanding of development standards, codes of practice* Strong coaching and mentoring ability* Strong Agile advocacy* Inspiring and empowered leadership qualities, working with a team to make it the best it can be(E)* Stakeholder managementThis role is paying between £70 - 75k + 30% bonus + £6k car allowanceIf you are seeking a new role and the job details above are of interest, please apply the job online.
