SHIFT CONTROLS ENGINEERWARRINGTON£55,000 We are looking for a strong Electrical Controls Engineer / Automation Engineer to join our client in their Fast-Paced Process industry. Working with this well established and growing company you will be involved in all aspects of Electrical Control System Design, Automation and PLC Programming work. Working from their premises in Warrington, this role offers a competitive package, technical challenge, and growth potential for the appropriately qualified and experienced Engineer.The ideal candidate will also be required to perform standard Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineering procedures across site so a track record of maintenance engineering will be beneficial. Company Profile*Well established, supplying into many globally recognised businesses.*£Multi-million turnover company*Solid and consistent order book and trading track record.Role & Responsibilities*Carry out effective, efficient fault finding and problem resolution to root cause where possible on a wide range of complex systems in a continuous process environment so that they maintain the plant to deliver the target operating efficiencies. *Assisting with configuration and commissioning of electrical controls and related equipment.*Safety circuit design and configuration.*Provision of technical support to the customer and internal sales team.*Attending client sites for initial proposal meeting, installation, integration, and customer support.*Ensuring system compliance with relevant regulations.*PLC, Controls and Automation work.Required Skills & Experience*Rockwell (Allen Bradley) Logix PLCs.*PLC / Automation / Controls Engineering experience (desirable)*Degree (desirable) / HHC / HND / or C&G Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Controls or Automation.*IOSH Safety Qualification *Demonstrable achievements in Continuous Improvement, Change Management disciplines, tools and techniques and evident motivation to impart these to others.
