Service Desk Analyst (Inside IR35)Very exciting opportunity to join a busy Service Desk in Lingley Mere, Warrington in a well-established team. As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide a single point of contact and first line technical support for all IT enquiries from internal customer,whilst following well defined ITIL processes.Day-to-day you will be responsible for the accurate registration of new incidents and requests, as well as the assessment of business impact to ensure the correct priority level is assigned. You will have strong technical and customer service skills to drivefirst contact resolution and customer satisfaction and will be responsible for the management of incidents and requests through to resolution, escalating where appropriate.Candidate needs to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
