Senior Manager (Asset Management) Warrington£55,000 - £65,500 + car allowance + pension + bonus + life insurance Do you have experience managing the operation of gas and electricity distribution networks Are you looking for an autonomous and varied role where you can stamp your mark on this impressive company This company specializes in the adoption of assets, for gas and electricity networks which are installed, commissioned and designed by well-established Utility Networks. As a result recent growth they require a Senior Asset Manager to help the business increase their current capacity. This role is a key position where you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and supporting and continually developing the businesses technical standards. You will develop ahead of industry change and take into account the current plans to decarbonize the economy. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in the engineering discipline and be a member of a professional institution. You will have a background of managing the operation of electricity and gas distribution networks and be able to effectively supervise the assets involved. You will be able to maintain compliance with OFGEM standards. This is a great role for an asset manager to join a leading company who will look to continually challenge and develop you. The Role: *Senior Manager (Asset Management) *Responsible for the safe and reliable delivery of gas and electricity networks *Lead the review and development of technical standards and procedures, in line with industry change *Responsible for ensuring that asset adoption is carried out satisfactorily in accordance to company procedure *Development of policies, procedures and best practice standards for construction, adoption, operation and maintenance of gas and electricity networks The Person: *Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline *Professional qualification or membership of a professional institution *Comprehensive gas or electricity industry knowledge *Experience managing the operation of electricity and gas distribution networks *Driven and pro-active attitude to workThis vacancy is being advertised by Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd.
