A quality house builder with a good local reputation are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician based in Warrington,Cheshire They looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to work on a variety of different projects at both planning and delivery stage. Currently 5 Live sites and produce 120 units annually The Company: An established private house builder with new homes located in the North West of England, including Manchester, Bolton, Cheshire and Lancashire. They build 2-bed mews to 2,3,4 and 5-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes. Designed with signature Arts & Craftsstyle exterior, all new homes providing the best of contemporary living The Person: It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Architectural Technologist (CIAT), or an Architectural Technician or in a similar role in a house building environment. Skills required: Good understanding of construction, site experience preferred. Excellent CAD skills (AutoCAD) Excellent oral and written English Available to start ASAP Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ideally you would be proficient in AutoCad and you will have strong residential design experience for working drawings and building regulations. This would be great for a Architectural Technician who has worked within house builders previously . They can offer a sociable and friendly working environment with the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects and the opportunity of true career progression as the studio is putting into place succession plans.
