Job Description

This role isnt just about crunching numbers; its about strategic partnerships across aninternational tableau, including the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Europe.In this role, you will:

  • Become the financial linchpin for our client, managing a diverse range of financial activities and steering the fiscal course of the companys international subsidiaries.
  • Craft robust relationships with stakeholders and a shared service centre in Poland to elevate financial processes to new heights.
  • Lead a dedicated finance team, inspiring them to manage working capital and forecasting with unrivaled precision and care.
  • Leverage your part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience to influence decision-making through insightful financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Your expertise will be the catalyst for:
  • Developing a team that excels in efficiency and accuracy.
  • Managing both accounts payable and receivable with a strategic eye on credit control.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial practices that enhance the companys performance and profitability.
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial workflows, processing, and reporting methodologies.
Your skill set includes:
  • An established track record in financial accounting and management.
  • A keen understanding of VAT, cash flow management, and working within a project and time billing-based environment.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage a team with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SAP Hana4 FI, CO, and SD is advantageous.
