We are looking for an experienced, hardworking Security Supervisor to adopt a flexible approach to pro-actively manage the Securitas Contract at Fiddlers Ferry (Warrington) to ensure the compliant and efficient delivery of the operations.You will play a key role to ensure there are sufficient officers ISPS trained to always staff the contract. This should always be at a 130% in accordance with Securitas Policy.To ensure the accurate rostering of all officers, - ensuring sufficient cover for holidays, sickness, absence ensuring service levels agreed are always attained. To pro-actively manage all Staff, absentees, conduct and performance issues.Shift - 4 on 4 off 1800-0600Hours per week - 42Pay £11Ph(Pay rate to increase From January 1st, 2023 - £12ph)Key ResponsibilitiesTo be the first point of contact for security personnel queries.To deal with all HR issues which may arise within the team.Carry out return to work interviews with every officer, for every period of absenceTo monitor attendance and sickness levels, and report trends.To update Assignment Instructions, site documentation, Ensure ISPS records are maintained to Transec & customer required standards.To assist with recruitment ensuring that staffing levels meet the agreed service levels, and that all recruitment is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy. Ensure that ISPS training courses are arranged to meet service level agreementswhen required.To assist in all security and emergencies drills when required and keep records of same.Ensure all personnel have undertaken the appropriate training and have been issued with an SIA licence or LDN to meet industry requirements.To provide administrative support for the appraisal and grievance procedures. Carry out disciplinary investigations if and when required.Ensure that all rostering is accurate in order to ensure no pay queries, no dropped shifts.Assist in the management of all direct and indirect costs to ensure these match the requirements for the effective operational running of the contract.Ensure accuracy of all operational data; and regularly review and report on progress, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise, taking action where neededTo ensure all Securitas health and safety policy is strictly adhered to.Ensuring understanding and demonstrable implementation of the Values of Integrity; Vigilance and HelpfulnessTo assist with adequate and appropriate training and ensure that any necessary advice and support is provided to make the team successful.
