Secured Loan ProcessorLocation: Warrington Salary: From £27,000 + BonusWorking Hours: 8-4 or 9-5, Monday to FridayHybrid Working: Available after ProbationCareer Progression: Opportunity to qualify as a Mortgage AdvisorAbout the Company:We are seeking an experiencedSecured Loan Processor to join a well-established and reputable financial lending platform based in Warrington.   • Check client documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Package cases to present to lenders for approval.
  • Undertake underwriting tasks and process applications from initiation to completion.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the application process.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced Secured Loan Case Managers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
  • Pay attention to detail, handling a high volume of cases efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in Secured Loan Case Management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
  • Willingness to embrace company values and promote them effectively.
  • Understanding of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
