SchedulerWarrington £13.53 p/hFull Time on a 6 week rota must be able to work between the hours or 7am - 10pm including Weekends Our client, a market leader in the Utilities industry, is looking to recruit a Scheduling Advisor on a temporary basis for initially 12 months. The roles will be based at their Lingley Mere offices in Warrington, Cheshire. Job PurposeWe have a great opportunity for a Clean Water Scheduler to join our Scheduling Team. As a scheduler, you will report to Response Centre Leader and form part of the wider team. You will have regional ownership of schedule for all work for water network and you will be required to monitor the schedule and manage jeopardy for planned and reactive work. In this role you will alsobe required to monitor and manage appointments as well as ensuring proactive customer outbound contact.Job Accountabilities* Own and drive an efficient schedule.* Preserve flexibility across areas.* Maintain a deliverable schedule.* Work by SLA then priority.* Appointment compliance.* Keeping customer informed.* Regulatory measures.* Operational performance measures.* Comply with the Companies H&S policies and proceduresKnowledge and Skills* Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory customer service standards.* Detailed knowledge of service level agreements across the water network.* Sound knowledge of the escalation process both within the ICC and waternetwork.* Detailed knowledge of water processes.* Educated to at least GCSE level (including C or above passes inEnglish and Mathematics).* A high degree of social skills for working in a customer orientatedenvironment. * Previous customer contact experience (face to face, phone or internalcustomers).* Ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and a high level of* competence in the use of INS system.Desirable Criteria* Previous scheduling experience* INS trainedAdditional InformationRole is expected to offer reasonable flexibility in the operations, depending on business needs or demands.
