Job Description

This Sales & Service Managerial role has opened up to future proof and evolve a brilliant sales team.For this role we are looking for a real lead from the front style manager who is creative and innovative.Client DetailsThis business are a rapidly expanding business who have doubled their turnover for the last 3 years in a run, they are preparing themselves for more growth and need to bring in a brilliant Sales & Service manager who will help prepare them for this.This business are based in Warrington, have a solid customer base and are recognised internationally as one of the fastest growing in their sector.Joining this business will mean joining a team of equals who all bring valuable ideas to the table, this company dont follow the trends of what has always been done they question everything and are always aiming to be better!DescriptionThis role will include everything based around the Customer Service & Sales function, to name a few;*Management of a team, including a senior advisor*Management of communication channels such as Webchat, Email, Phone and Portals*Overseeing the Sales Order processing function and supporting customers with any large orders*Supporting with a new IT software due to be ready for testing in the coming months*Future proof the communication channels, suggest new tools for customer support and content for website*Day to day this role will spot trends on customer resolutions, customer demands and present ideas internally about what additional products and services the business can offer*Consistently manage communication numbers to ensure customers are responded to within SLAs, identify risk factors and manage strategies to ensure the customers are responded to swiftly*Attend leadership meetings on behalf of the Customer Service team*Recruitment, resource planning and training for the CS teamProfileThis successful candidate for this role will be;*A brilliant people manager with a track record of managing teams in a sales environment*An expert in customer services and have managed communication channels both digitally and telephone*Have some experience with change management and improvement projects*Excellent experience working for an online consumer product business*Happy to be office based full time*Excellent technical skills*Outstanding inter personally and can be customer facing when neededJob OfferThis role offers;*A unique opportunity to join an innovative business*A generous salary depending on experience*An opportunity to create a proven track record by creating and improving a customer journey from start to end*Free parking*Performance bonus
