Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.Our client are a fast paced and very agile integrated marketing and digital communications agency. They are a Drum recommended Top 10 in the UK and an award winning agency - working with global corporate client businesses within and outside the UK.Their company is seeking an exceptional account manager who is organised and resilient as well as able to work as part of complementary teams. You will be developing, handling and implementing print, advertising and digital centric communications strategies- finding new ways to make our client brands stand out. They are a trusted partner to a mixed portfolio of International B2B and B2C clients in markets including Professional services, Marine, Maritime, Energy, Chemicals, Communications, Oil & Gas, Automotive and Building Infrastructure.This opportunity with their agency suits if you have experience and exceptional knowledge of developing and working on campaign strategies that bring together all digital platforms. You will need to think on your feet and help develop creative, innovative andinspired communications whilst thriving and being involved in the full spectrum of marketing disciplines; working with our creative, PR, social, film, digital and event teams.You must be a confident writer and communicator, having a creative eye and enjoying building strong relationships with your clients and the wider agency team.RequirementsKey elements of this role:-

  • To gain in-depth understanding of client briefs and the opportunity to develop integrated communication strategies.
  • Managing projects, campaigns and the development of brand assets. You will be expected to be part of creative brainstorming and develop ideas responding to integrated client briefs - working with the MTM Agency teams to implement those ideas into communicationstrategies.
  • Applying your knowledge and experience to create client proposals for campaigns and digital applications. When accepted, converting proposals into scope documents, following the journey of client requirements through design, development and activation.
  • Developing strong client relationships and making sure we exceed their expectations, managing requirements day-to-day, producing proposals and reports to share successes.
  • Monitoring client campaigns both digital and print applications to ensure they are delivering against agreed client and agency objectives.
  • Managing the Sales process from the very first enquiry to closing stages of the pipeline.
  • Working with the operations team for effective handovers of converted clients.
  • Management of the various departments/teams accordingly.
  • Working closely with the business director enabling effective reports and constant communications.
  • Constantly updating the systems and processes - being a key driver of the management team.
  • Must have necessary telesales experience and be confident when using phones/on video sales calls.
  • Holistic knowledge of digital marketing
