Job Description

Sales Advisor Salary - £20,000 + £12,000 (£32k OTE)Contract till the end of May 2021The Optionis Group is one of the UK’s most successful professional services companies, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team in WarringtonAs a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for delivering the highest possible conversion rates from prospect to registered client whilst operating entirely within the Optionis corporate values and standards of compliance.What we are looking for:

  • Previous business to consumer (B2C) sales experience
  • Demonstrable sales record
  • Experience of working within a target/ KPI driven challenging sales environment
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels
  • Identify and act upon revenue generative opportunities
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent communicator
  • An ability to work 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • Responsibilities within the role include but aren’t limited to:
  • To deliver the highest possible conversion rates from prospect to registered client
  • Ensure that all prospects receive compliant and comprehensive advice, information and illustrations in line with out policies and corporate values
  • To take personal ownership of your pipeline from initial enquiry through to conversion, collaborating with internal colleagues and external clients to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • To represent our Parasol and ClearSky brands to potential new clients in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner at all times
  • Meet or exceed all targets and Key Performance Indicators (minimum calls per week, minimum call time per week, cross-sales etc.)
  • Take ownership of your own personal and professional development
