Age UK are recruiting for an organised Retail Support Administrator to join our busy Retail Help Desk Team in Warrington. This varied role supports the Shop and Field Teams with operational issues along with providing customer service supportto the general public around donations and bag collections.Main Responsibilities: Helpdesk & Divisional Support * Assist in ensuring shops reconciliations and PING testing is carried out weekly. * To answer all customer enquiries or pass on to the relevant Department/Individual. * Process all Stock Donation Calls through the Help Desk and contact relevant field staff for final action plan. * To be an administrative support function to all Divisional Groups.
