What you will be doingAs a General Nurse you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team oneither a medium, low Secure and psychiatric intensive care PICU) for women, over the age of 18, with Personality Disorder and Mental Illness at Arbury Court.The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.Where you will be workingLocation: Arbury Court,Townfield Lane, Winwick,Warrington, Cheshire,WA2 8TRAtArbury Court you will provide care and treatment for women in differing levels of security, enabling clear care pathways and a positive patient experience. The treatment approach at Arbury Court which is rehabilitation and recovery dictates that careis ‘person-centred’ as opposed to ‘disease-centred’.
  • Annual salary of £34,983 - £41,209 (37.5 hours per week) plus Welcome Bonus up to £7,500 DOE plus monthly retention bonus as well as quarterly bonus upon full completion of mandatory training
