Are you looking for a new challengeWarrington Primary Care (CIC) is a Community Interest Company established by Warrington GPs, with 26 member practices. GP Practices across Warrington work together in collaborative networks of practices called “Primary Care Networks” as part of an NHS scheme to provide care more cohesively and as a collective. The CIC is currently providing support to 4 of the local PCN’s in the recruitment of a range of clinical staff as part of the NHSE Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme.The successful candidate will work with the Head of Clinical Services to ensure that WPC CIC thrives and prospers through the delivery of a range of high-quality clinical services. Ensure that WPC CIC has all the relevant policies and processes in place to meet its regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Officer will support the Head of Clinical Services and oversee quality assurance, playing a key role in quality monitoring, ensuring all activities are carried out to the high quality expected by patients, key stakeholders and regulators.Relationship building will be an important element of this role and the post holder will be required to develop, implement, and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.The role will play a key part in an exciting and challenging period of development within the WPC CIC. As such, key amongst the attributes are, self-motivation with excellent attention to detail, a natural ability to plan ahead and be keen to apply your analytical skills.You will need to demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver a high standard of work to tight deadlines.
